Harry (he/him) has championed bi+ inclusion in the workplace since his career began at EY in 2011. Supported by EY's LGBT+ network, Unity, Harry identified openly as EY's first bi+ male and led EY's effort to heighten bi visibility and create a workplace culture inclusive of bi+ people. From initiating EY's first Bi Visibility Day celebration in 2015, to co-authoring EY's global guidance around bi+ inclusion with EY's global D&I team, and convening multinational organisations through the inaugural Bi Inclusion Summit in 2019 and subsequent Bi Leaders Network, Harry has led efforts to heighten visibility and representation of bi+ communities in the workplace.

Siqi is an assurance professional within EY's banking and capital markets team; however, as the EY UK & Ireland Bi Lead, she is also an avid driver of bi inclusion activities.
